Screen status and history
View the current screen status above the title on the screen page.
Available screen statuses

Offline
Every status change is recorded. View the status history under the History tab on the screen page.
Screen going Offline
The screen status changes to Offline if it loses connection to the service for more than 3 minutes.
This can occur due to various reasons, such as internet connection loss or hardware malfunctions.
Changes you made in your account will be sent to the screen once it is Online again.
Frequent status changes
If the screen status frequently switches between Online and Offline, this may indicate the following issues:
- Unstable internet connection at the screen’s location, causing intermittent disconnections
- Hardware malfunctions
Check the internet connection quality and hardware functionality.
