View real-time content currently displayed on screens in your account. Screenshots appear:

under the Screenshot tab on a screen page
on the page with the screen list
on the list of a location’s or playlist’s screens

Screenshots are only available for screens with the Online status.

How it works

Screens automatically send screenshots in the background approximately 2–3 times per minute.

This message can appear:

if the screen uses a beta version of the application (e.g., for Windows OS)
if an outdated application version is installed

Each screenshot sent from a screen ranges from 50 to 100 KB, depending on the image quality and resolution.

Bandwidth consumption

The bandwidth can vary based on screenshot sending frequency, application version, image quality, device settings, and other factors. These values help estimate network load and bandwidth consumption for large-scale deployments.
