Screen list

The Screen List page displays all connected screens within an organization. To open the screen list, click “Screens” in the left-hand menu.

From the Screens page, you can:

• Filter screens by status: All, Online, Offline, Empty
• View the number of screens per status
• Search for screens by name
• Move several screens to another location at once
• Delete several screens at once
• View screenshots from all screens on one page

Filter screens by status

To filter screens by status, select the relevant status at the top of the page. To reset the status filter, either click the Screens menu item or select the All status.

Search for screens

Click the Search field at the top of the page and start typing to search for a screen. The search is performed by screen name. To clear the search, either empty the input field or click the X icon next to the field.

The system automatically updates screenshots while you remain on the Screens page.
