Screen name

To rename a screen, click the current name and edit it in the open window.

Screen resolution

Set the resolution manually in your account.

The configured resolution must match the native screen resolution.

This setting adjusts only the content display area within the player application and does not modify device specifications.

Click the current resolution to change it.

LED screen support

Specify custom resolutions (e.g., 500×500) in the screen settings for pixel-perfect rendering on LED devices.

Image rotation

If you need portrait orientation but your screen hardware lacks native rotation support, rotate content by 90° or 270° in your account.

Rotation is processed within the player application and does not affect the device settings.

Content resolution

Content resolution is an auxiliary field calculated automatically based on screen resolution and rotation settings.

For full-screen content, make sure your materials match this value.

Location

Locations make it easier to manage screens and enable specific functionalities.

Time zones and coordinates are passed from locations.

Screens display different playlists depending on the times zone.

Coordinates are required to display weather-dependent content correctly.

Click the location name to change location.

Connection code

To reset the connection code on the screen, remove and reinstall the player application.

You can use the old connection code to move a screen to another organization or reconnect it.

Application version

The application version field shows the version of the player application installed on the device.

Device storage information

The device storage is separate from your Phygital content storage.

The device storage information displays total and available storage space on the physical device.

URL parameters

In URL parameter settings, specify GET parameters that will be passed when displaying web pages on a screen.
