Connecting a screen

Prerequisites for screen connection:

  1. Your organization has an active subscription or available free screens
  2. The screen or connected device has the player app installed Connecting a screen
  1. Go to the “Screens” page and click “Connect Screen”
  2. Select a location for the new screen
  3. Specify the screen name
  4. Enter the connection code displayed on the screen
  5. Click “Connect”

You can change the screen location and name later on the screen page. Next steps After connecting the screen, visit the screen page to complete configuration. Troubleshooting Connection code not displayed The connection code is not displayed when:

  • The screen is already connected
  • The screen has no internet connection Screen with specified connection code not found This error may appear if you entered an invalid connection code or the screen is already connected to the service. If you recently deleted the screen, wait a few minutes before reconnecting it.
