Clearing cache

Cache clearing is not related to content caching. This operation only resets the screen schedule data.

Clear cache when screen information fails to update properly or there is a black screen.

Clearing cache

1. Click the ・・・ button in the top-right corner of the screen page
2. Click “Clear Cache”

How it works

After you click “Clear Cache”, the service notifies the player that the previously loaded schedule is outdated and sends a new version.

The player attempts to reload and display up-to-date content.
