Player change
Suppose you have deleted and reinstalled the application.
Or you want to replace an old device with a new one.
The connection code will change after reinstalling the application, and the screen will have the Offline status in your account.
To reconnect the screen, update the connection code for the screen in your account. You do not need to reconfigure the screen or its schedule.
Changing the player
- Open the screen page
- Click the
・・・button in the top-right corner - Click “Change Player”
- Enter the new connection code
