Content upload
Content upload requires an active service subscription and available storage space.
Upload files to add them to playlists.
To upload content, follow these steps:
- Go to the Files page in your organization
- Select a folder (optional)
- Click the upload area or drag and drop files
- Wait for the upload to complete
If you leave the page before the upload is complete, the process will be cancelled.
Renaming uploaded files
To rename a file, right-click it and select “Rename” from the context menu.
Potential errors
Errors may occur during the upload of specific files.
Insufficient storage
The Insufficient Storage error indicates that there in not enough storage space in your organization to upload this file or your subscription has expired.
View storage usage statistics and expand disk space if needed.
Unsupported file format or Resolution too large
If you encounter the following errors:
- Unsupported file format
- Resolution too large
This means you need to optimize the content and/or change its format.
